# LCR Consulting

> LCR Consulting is an AI capability company based in Tallinn, Estonia, founded by Liisi Claudia Randloo. We build the human capability organisations need to turn access to AI into safe, useful and independent action. We teach teams and individuals to do real work with AI and to keep doing it without us.

## What we do

- **AI capability programme for teams**: A six-week programme for one intact team. One workshop a week, and between the workshops participants apply what they learned to their own real work rather than to exercises. Delivered by Liisi Claudia Randloo, Laura Ahven and Ela Hermann. Price is agreed after a capability mapping conversation.
- **Capability mapping**: A structured discovery conversation before the programme, covering goals, roles, current AI use, approved tools and what observable change would count as success.
- **Courses for individuals**: Self-paced courses with written guides, hands-on exercises and individual coaching, for non-technical people who want to build and manage their own technology.
- **AI Audit**: Analysis of business processes to identify where AI and automation save time. EUR 450-750 + VAT.

We no longer lead with custom website and platform build work, and we do not publish an hourly rate. Training, coaching and capability building are the offer.

## Courses

- **From Zero to Live: Building Your First Website** (Estonian: Nullist Laivi: Veebileht): For non-technical people who want to build and manage their own website with real developer tools (VS Code, GitHub, Vercel). EUR 1559 + VAT.
- **From Zero to Live: Using AI Tools to Create Working Systems** (Estonian: Nullist Laivi: Tööriistast töötava süsteemini): For people who already use AI but want to get from separate chats to a system that runs on their real work. Ten modules. EUR 1759 + VAT.
